Planning:  The committee consists of members of the Albany Group*, but input is encouraged from anybody.
 *[The committee members: Fred Culbert, `65; Dick Fairbank, `66; Don Kisiel,  `66; Peter Schroeck, `66; Doug Davis, `69;  Jack Adams, `70; Bob Kind, `70, and Jack Higham, `57.  A late addition to the Committee, Gary Penfield, `63 agreed to perform MC duties]

Format: will be much like the 85th Reunion except, Welcome Reception and Dinner on Friday, Homecoming events on Saturday.
               (See the Schedule of Events.). 

Reunion Location:  The 90th Welcome Reception and Dinner will be held in the Multi-purpose Room, Campus Center West, Student Center, Main Campus, UAlbany (see above).  Parking will be in the Dutch Quad parking area.  If you need directions contact us, or UAlbany.

Reunion Lodging:  A block of rooms at a group rate has been identified by the UAlb Alumni Office for Homecoming at Marriott Albany, 189 Wolf Road, Albany, NY 12205.  You can get a preview of the facility at the link above.  When you make a reservation identify yourself with the Potter Club.  Room rate will be $120 plus tax.

Mailings:  Mailings were sent to all Potter Club members for whom we have a good address, either email or street address from the UAlbany Alumni Office with details about the 90th Reunion including registration on line.  Information has also been posted on the Potter Club web site.

Video Recordings:  Zoom Recordings were made in advance by several Potter Club presidents or Standins.  A Zoom recording of the after dinner Open Mic session was made with interaction between those on Zoom and those in the room.  An additional in-room recording was made of welcoming remarks by Lee Serravillo, Executive Director, UAlbany Alumni Assn.  All recordings are viewable at the Video  Recording link above

List of Regrets:  The list includes those members responding to our invitation letter, but not attending; and those responding to the letter, but with regrets due to some circumstance that keeps them from attending.  If you can reach any of these people, please help keep them informed of Potter Club Alumni Association activities.
