Potter Survey Summary
to be presented September 13, 2005
The survey was mailed early in 2005 to all Pottermen for whom we had a “good address.” It asked for responses to questions that would help guide the future activity of Potter Club Alumni Association, Inc.
A request was made for a “small donation” to help defray costs until a determination could be made from the survey results as to the best method by which to raise funds to support Potter Club Alumni activities. The generous response to date totals: $2645.00. This money has been put in a bank account. Three signatures are on file, with Robert Umholtz acting as Treasurer and disbursing funds for expenditures.
A web site has been started, following the realization of the popularity of this mode of communication from the preliminary survey responses, and the ease with which it was possible for a site to be set up.
Several questions have arisen as a result of the survey analysis and follow-up discussion by the Albany Group. Those questions are the basis for a Discussion Sheet to be circulated at the Reunion, and to be discussed as business.
