  5:00 to 7:00 P.M.:     Reception, Hot/Cold Hors d'oeurves, Cash bar.
                                      Remarks by George M. Philip, Pres., University at Albany 
                                      Dinner on your own, if desired.  Reception may be ample enough.
  7:00 P.M. to ?            Hospitality Room and Hotel Grill for Socializing (Both Friday and Saturday nights)

Saturday, Oct 1

  8:30 A.M.:                 Depart Hotel for Tours.  New York State Museum, 2 hours unguided tour; See web site:  State Museum
10:45 A.M.:                 Depart Museum for Dutch Apple Lunch/Cruise on Hudson River (2 hour hour boat ride)

  1:30 P.M.:                 Disembark boat and:
                                        * Return to Hotel for those not doing either optional field trip.

  6:00 to 7:00 P.M.:    Pre-dinner Reception, Squire Room, Cash bar.
