Planning: The committee consists of:
Ron Graves, `58, Chair; David Manly, `52; George Schaertl, `52;
Ray
Gibb, `53;
Henry Maus, `62; and Terry Dean, `65. A few other Rochester EEPs are expected
on
the committee.
An initial planning meeting was held September 27, 2007. Arrangements have
subsequently been made with The Inn on the Lake as our Reunion 2008 site.
Format: Reunion 08 will be a two-overnighter reunion, with arrival on
Tuesday,
departure on Thursday.

Reunion Location: The Inn on the Lake is on Main Street in
Canandaigua.
Brochure: A brochure and schedule of events will be prepared by July and will be posted on the web site. It will be mailed to all Potter Alumni who do not have access to email. All Alumni with email access will be alerted to the information on the web site. The brochure will contain necessary details for completing your reunion registration and hotel reservation. List of Attendees: As registrations come in we will post a list updated daily, similar to postings in previous years. You can keep informed about who has registered. This may help you decide to attend, or may help with your travel plans. See the link above to take you to the list.
List of Regrets: A list is shown in the link above of those members responding to our invitation letter, but not attending; and of those responding to the letter, but with regrets due to some circumstance that keeps them from attending. If you can reach any of these people, please help keep them informed of Potter Club Alumni Association activities.
